COMMUNITY SERVICE

The volunteering services provided by AMSA are both diverse and related to health and medicine in some way. While not all of our volunteering programs are in-hospital, they all are related to servicing the health and wellness of the community, and all of these experiences play a vital role in a medical school committee's understanding of your service to the community.

Our volunteering programs include Ronald McDonald House at the Miller School of Medicine, packaging and supplying food for the hungry, Adopt-A-Floor in the Holtz Children's Hospital where we play with children in the hospital, Relay-4-Life Fundraising to increase donations directed towards cancer patients, and much more.
